University Acceptance

College of Engineering

The College of Engineering requires that the student be transferring from one of the following scientific colleges (Engineering, Medicine, Computer and Information Sciences, Science), that the transferring student has completed a full year at the college they are transferring from, that the cumulative GPA is no less than (4.25 out of 5) or (3.25 out of 4), that the Aptitude Test and Achievement Test scores are no less than 85%, and that the specific average for scientific courses is no less than Very Good.

College of Computer and Information Sciences

The College of Computer and Information Sciences requires that the student be transferring from another computer science college; transfers from any other college are not accepted.

The transferring student must have successfully completed at least two academic semesters, passing all of their courses.

The weighted score must be no less than (85) out of (100).

The student must have earned a grade of Very Good or higher.

College of Medicine

1. The student must be enrolled in the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery program at the university they wish to transfer from.
2. The cumulative GPA of the transferring student must be no less than (4.75 out of 5) or (3.75 out of 4).
3. The student must not have spent more than one year at the university they wish to transfer from.
4. The weighted score of the transferring student must be within the scores of the last cohort admitted to the College of Medicine (male students' weighted score: 96.92% — female students' weighted score: 97.64%).
5. A score of no less than (6) in the Academic IELTS test.
6. According to the following criteria and weights:

• Weighted score: 50%
• University cumulative GPA: 30%
• IELTS test: 20%
• Personal interview.

College of Business

1. Successful completion of at least one academic semester, passing all of its courses.
2. The high school average must be no less than (90%) in a scientific track.
3. The General Aptitude Test score must be no less than 85%.
4. The cumulative GPA must be no less than (3.75 out of 5) or (2.75 out of 4).

College of Languages and Translation

The College of Languages and Translation requires, for transfer to the Languages and Translation track, an English Language Proficiency Test (STEP) score of no less than (60).

College of Science

1. The College of Science requires, for transfer to the majors (Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Laboratories), for both male and female students: passing the scientific tests prepared by the relevant academic departments.
2. There is no transfer to the (Actuarial Sciences and Financial Mathematics) major for male and female students.
