   Entering as many desires as possible while making sure that desires are arranged with care and attention, this increases the chances of acceptance.

   Save the entered wishes before moving from the wishes page, when any subsequent edits are made.

   After the end of the period specified for electronic submission, acceptance will be made by differentiating between applicants competitively according to the announced acceptance criteria and according to the order of desires and availability of seats.
