​​     Under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency prof. Ahmed S. Alaameri, President of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, the National Competitiveness Center, in cooperation with the High Judicial Institute at Imam University and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), will organize a seminar on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, entitled: “The Future of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Light of Digital Transformation and UNCITRAL Texts.”

     The seminar aims to enhance the competitive and legislative environment in the Kingdom by reviewing recent developments in commercial regulations amid digital transformation, and by outlining the future of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in relation to the texts of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).​​
