 In pursuit of strengthening cooperation between the academic and technology sectors, IMSIU Signs a Cooperation Agreement with Information Security Solutions Company

​     Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, represented by the College of Computer and Information Sciences, signed on Wednesday evening, December 3, 2025, a cooperation agreement with Information Security Solutions Company, with the aim of activating joint initiatives in technical, research, and developmental fields.

 


     The University was represented at the signing ceremony by the Dean of the College of Computer and Information Sciences, Dr. Sultan S. Al-Derai, while the company was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Musab A. Al-Sunaie.

 


     The agreement seeks to enhance collaboration between the academic and applied sectors through the exchange of expertise, the activation of joint initiatives that develop the technical and research capabilities of the College's faculty members and students, and the funding and operation of joint technical laboratories. These efforts contribute to supporting applied training, advancing scientific research, and promoting the exchange of technical knowledge in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence technologies.

 


     The agreement further includes the implementation of developmental and research projects and programs, the promotion of innovation and technical entrepreneurship through events, conferences, and workshops, and the encouragement of building strategic partnerships with relevant entities to achieve sustainable impact and support national directions in the technology sector.

 


     The signed agreement reflects the University's commitment to strengthening cooperation between the academic and technology sectors and its pursuit of building effective and impactful partnerships.
