 To Strengthen Its Technical Partnerships and Cybersecurity Capabilities… IMSIU Signs a Cooperation Agreement with Help AG Company.

​     IMSIU, represented by the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, signed yesterday, Wednesday, December 3, 2025, a cooperation agreement with Help AG, a leading cybersecurity company in the Middle East, on the sidelines of Black Hat 2025.



     The agreement aims to enhance training pathways, knowledge exchange, and technical consultation, contributing to building national capabilities in cybersecurity, developing human skills, and supporting digital transformation.



     The University was represented in the signing ceremony by the Vice President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Abdullah A. Al-Asmari, while Help AG was represented by the Regional Director of Security Solutions for Communications and Information Technology, Mr. Safwan S. Akram.



     The ceremony was also attended by the Director of the General Cybersecurity Administration at IMSIU, Mr. Shaiban M. Ali, and Senior Cyber Defense Analyst at Help AG, Mr. Moath A. Khoja, along with a number of specialists from both sides.



     The agreement stipulates facilitating cooperative training for IMSIU students according to the company's needs, exchanging expertise and technical solutions, supporting awareness activities, and cooperating in cybersecurity and emerging-technology projects.


 

     Dr. Al-Asmari emphasized that this agreement represents a significant step toward strengthening IMSIU's role in preparing students with skills aligned with labor-market requirements and enabling potential training-to-employment opportunities.



     He noted that this cooperation comes with the support of the University President, H.E. Prof. Ahmed S. Alaameri, in line with the directives of the wise leadership to promote integration among sectors and empower universities to fulfill their role in community service and sustainable development.​
