 Rector Speeches Friday Sermon at Campus Mosque

​All Muslims, especially, young ones are urged to obey Allah, the Almighty, and his Prophet Muhammad, Peace Be Upon Him, and then obeying the rulers, Muslim governor, as Allah says “O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result – Al-Nissa 59”, says Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.

H.E. the university Rector has reaffirmed, during his Friday sermon, which he was speech at the Student mosque at the university campus, that obedience to Allah Almighty and his Prophet Muhammad and to rulers is an essential part of a Muslim’s good conducts and among the best praised merits.  He, in furtherance, warned from seduction or deliberately follow persons inducing for temptation, as he said, each and every Muslims must clearly ascertains the righteousness, which clarified and prevailed by the Glorious Quran and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad “PBUH”.

In significance with the sermon speech by Rector, he elucidated Hadith of Hudhaifa Ibn al-Yaman, who said people used to ask Allah's Prophet PBUH about good, but I used to ask him about evil, for fear that, it should overtake me. I said, "0 Prophet! We were in ignorant and evil times, then Allah Almighty presented us with this good. Will there be evil after this good?" He said, "Yes." Hudhaifa Ibn al-Yaman RA said, "And after this evil, will there be good?" He said, "Yes but it would be tainted with evil (literally, smoke)." I asked, "What will this evil be?" He said, "There will be some people who will lead (people) according to principles other than my tradition. You will see their actions and disapprove of them." I said, "Will there be any evil after that good?" He said, "Yes, there will be some people who will invite others to the doors of Hell, and whoever accepts their invitation to it will be thrown in it (by them)." Hudhaifa Ibn al-Yaman RA said, "0 Messenger of Allah! Describe those people to us." He said, "They will belong to us and speak our language." Hudhaifa Ibn al-Yaman RA asked, "What do you order me to do if such a thing should take place in my life?" He said, "Adhere to the group of Muslims and their chief." Hudhaifa Ibn al-Yaman RA asked further, "If there is neither a group (of Muslims) nor a chief, what shall I do?" He said, "Keep away from all those different sects, even if you have to eat the roots of a tree, till you meet Allah SWT while you are still in that state."

Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has stated, in ten points, the importance of the Hadith and its emerged meanings and rules.

It is worth to mention that, H.E. the university Rector has met, after Friday Prayers, with some multi-national students and answered their questions and inquires.
