On the last days, upon the directives of H.E. Sheikh Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, a high-level delegation from Al-Imam University Deanship of Volunteering Work has paid a visit to the headquarters of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre.
Welcoming there by H.E. Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, Adviser to the Royal Court and Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre, whose praised the efforts and contributions of Al-Imam University in serving the homeland and the community. He expressed about his happiness to cooperate with the university to build a partnership that realizing the expected goals.
From his side, Dr. Abdullah Al-Samel, Dean of Deanship of Volunteering Work, and Head of the delegation members, has acknowledged Dr. Al-Rabeeah for his cordial and warmth hospitality. He noted to the significance role of KSrelief to manage and coordinate relief activities on the international level to ensure the provision of external aid in line with national interests.
It should be noted that, they discussed many topics related to relief and humanitarian work, including the strengthening of the culture of volunteering work. They also talked about cooperating on future humanitarian endeavours. The two parties also reviewed the importance of creating a partnership to address training, development optimization and exchange of experience in the humanitarian field.
