 Wishing students a semester filled with achievements, University's Vice Rectorate for Educational Affairs is mobilizing resources to provide student services at the beginning of the second semester.


The university welcomes a new batch of newly enrolled students at the beginning of the second semester. The University's Vice Rectorate for Educational Affairs has announced the utilization of all resources to provide services for new students in the second semester of the academic year 1445 AH. Wishing all students a semester filled with achievements and successes, the Vice Rectorate emphasized that the educational process for students was held from the first day of the second semester of the academic year 1445 AH.

 

The Deanship of Admission and Registration, represented by the Academic Advisory, highlighted its commitment to facilitating all procedures and supporting both university students and professors academically. This contributes to enhancing the educational process through the preparation of guidance materials and the establishment of guidance groups and self-services.

 

The deanship emphasized the importance of understanding the university's study systems and internal college regulations, including the transfer process between colleges, semester dropping, study systems, levels, attendance and absence regulations, university dismissal, exceptional opportunities, exams, and evaluations for new students. It also encouraged students to access the electronic handbook for new students to stay informed.

 

The deanship encouraged students to understand the rules of student behavior and discipline, as well as the regulations for control and penalties. Additionally, it advised students to follow some tips from the first day of classes, such as not hesitating to ask questions and seek assistance. The Deanship Emphasized the importance of getting acquainted with the academic advisor in the scientific department, and urged students to regularly visit the university's electronic student portal to stay informed about available systems. The deanship highlighted that the university offers various programs and orientation sessions specifically designed for new students, emphasizing the importance of their attendance. It was also mentioned that the university, whether in the student department or in the King Abdullah City for Female Students, provides a library with authentic academic resources for students to benefit from.
