​Dr. Fawzan bin Abdul-Rahman Al-Fawzan, Acting Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has kicked-off on the morning of the last Tuesday the sessions of the “International Conference of “Arabic Language & Interdisciplinary Studies: Cognitive Prospects & Societal Stakes”, which organising by Centre of Arabic Language and Its Literatures, and lasting for two days.

Starting the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al-Asker, Vice-Rector of Al-Imam University for Higher Studies and Academic Research, where he acknowledged all attendant researchers and interested persons.

Speaking to the audience, Dr. Al-Fawzan has pointed out that, his administration always pays upmost attention and efforts to espouse a number of initiatives to back Arabic language in-focused studies, including the establishment of Centre of Arabic Language and Its Literatures, which basically demonstrating on interdisciplinary studies between Arabic language and other languages. “I am delighted to know that, eighteen research papers will be discussing during the conference”, declared he.
