H.E. Dr. Azaam Al-Dakhail, Saudi Minister of Education, has patronised lastly the third meeting of committee of Saudi Deans of eLearning and Distance Education, which was organised by the National Centre for eLearning and Distance Education under title of “Universities and eLearning in Public Education: Initiatives and Prospective Role”.
In coincidence with the meeting, Prof. Dr. Saad Abdulaziz Al-Amer, Dean of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University Deanship of eLearning and Distance Education, has stated that, the meeting has come in line with the efforts of the committee to develop the elearning methods and open new cooperation horizons with governmental and non-governmental agencies. He hailed the patronization of H.E. Dr. Al-Dakhail, along with his participation in the business agenda. He pointed out that, H.E. Education Minister’s participation has enriched the business agenda for his strong experiences in the development of education systems.
The meeting has attended, along with H.E. Dr. Azaam Al-Dakhail, Saudi Minister of Education, by Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Braak, Acting Deputy for School Affairs, and Dr. Muhammad Al-Zughuibi, CEO of Tatweer Company, and a number of Saudi eLearning deans.
