UNESCO Research Chair for Societal Media Studies, attributing to Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has organized on the last days a symposium entitled “Ways for Strengthening Media Presence on Social Media Platforms” at the rounding hall of the Conference Bldg .

 The symposium, which was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Fahd Al-Asker, Vice-Rector for Higher Studies and Academic  Research, and Vice-President of Research Chair Program, has included a number of fruitful participations from a  pool of the university academic dignitaries. 

In his word before the audience, Dr. Al-Asker has prayed Allah Al-Mighty to bring success to the symposium’s  deliverables, which actually aimed to frame a professional view of the university outputs and vision. He reaffirmed ​ the noble goal of the research chair program that is representing in meeting the needs of the communal needs and  necessities.
