 Al-Imam University Organises Anti-Terrorism Symposium

​Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, representing by Intellectual Awareness Unit, in tandem with Prince Muhammad bin Naif Centre for Caring and Consulting, will organise on the next week a symposium entitling “Responsibility of Universities in Strengthening Protective Aspects of Confronting Terrorism Groups”.

Declaring that, in statements, H.E. Sheikh Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, and furthered that, Al-Imam University is an important partner of Prince Muhammad bin Naif Centre for Caring and Consulting, that’s why his administration has early contact with it in offering its services. It has an extensive and long experience in dealing with issues of terrorism and extremism. 

In a similar vein, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Mayman, Vice-Rector for Sharia Institutes’ Affairs and Head of Intellectual Awareness Unit, has clarified that, the symposium aims at reviewing the experience of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in confronting terrorism groups, throughout shedding lights on the handling steps taken in strengthening the protective aspects.
