H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has gave orders recently to establish an office administering the transformation educational aspects of the university to be in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030, which has initiated and launched recently.
H.E. the university Rector’s directives has come to align with the requirements, policies and objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which would enhance the level and quality of services provided to beneficiaries; and achieve a prosperous future and sustainable development. Among the strategic objectives provided by Saudi Vision 2030 in respect of Education Pillar are to enhance the educational system’s capability to address national development requirements, and to meet labour market demands, and to provide citizens with knowledge and skills to meet the future needs of the labour market. Additionally, to improve students’ values and core skills and to expand privatization of governmental services.
It should be noting that, the established office will be directly under the supervision of H.E. the university Rector and will be directing by Dr. Mahmoud Al Mahmoud, Advisor and General Supervisor of Rector’s Office, and Head of International Collaboration Administration, and its CEO will be Dr. Riyadh Al-Makki.
