Lastly, Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in collaboration with its Deanship E-Learning and Distance Education kicked-off in sending documents of the alumni of the academic year of 1434-1435 H, says Dr. Ahmad Al-Mujana, Vice-Dean of E-Learning Deanship for Registration and Admission and Student Affairs.
Continuing his words, Dr. Al-Mujana declared that, during the past weeks many of the alumni documents were sent through a specialized company, where the mechanism was to call alumni and delivery them their papers. “The sent-parcel contained of five copies of the academic record, and five copies of the secondary school certificate”, added he.
No manual documents would be delivering whether at the university or the deanship premises and all alumni must contact the deanship hotlines to inquire about their shipment numbers, declared he.
