​On the last Thursday, Dr. Khaled bin Abdul-Ghaffar Al Abdul-Rahman, Vice-Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University for Development, Planning and Quality, has chaired the III meeting of the teamwork of preparing the strategic plan to cooperate academically at Gulf Countries Council, which organised by University of Qatar. 

In coincidence with the meeting agenda and targets, Dr. Khaled bin Abdul-Ghaffar has stated that, the GCC teamwork is a dynamic process, involving GCC professionals with complementary background and skills, to prepare a roadmap to put in force the academically cooperation and partnership. Additionally, to ensure the academic research and innovation, and to find fundraising mutual opportunities to support the academic research and programs. 

In a similar vein, Dr. Khaled has reaffirmed the importance of the meeting, which yielded a number of mechanisms and suggestions, with the sharing of the professionals and experts, whom exercising concerted staunch effort in planning strategically. He, likewise, expressed his appreciation to the support of His Majesties and Excellence leaders of the GCC to cooperate fully between the higher education institutes.
