On the next Tuesday, Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in tandem with King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Centre for Contemporary Islamic Studies and Dialogue of Civilizations will organize a symposium entitled “Cyberterrorism: Its Tactics & Combating Methods” upon the approval of Dr. Khaled Al-Angary, Saudi Minister of Higher Education.
Commenting on the event, H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, has said that, the gathering is coming reaffirming the tremendous efforts of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, in particular and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general in combating terrorism and revealing its dangerous publicly. It, as well, comes in line with the aspirations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his kind directives in the ideal meeting to his callings to combat terrorism.
From his side, Dr. Abdul-Mohsen Al-Sumaih, Dean of the Centre, has pointed out that, the themes of the forum will include cyberterrorism and extremism; types of cyberterrorism; causes of cyberterrorism; effects of cyberterrorism; rights of victims of cyberterrorism; and combating cyberterrorism in the local, Arabic, Islamic and international levels.
“It comes within the operational plan of the centre and the last date from receiving the proposals would be Sunday 12/10/2014 G”, clinched he.
