 Launching of Online Education Programs for Academia Workshop

​Prince Naif Institute for Researches and Consulting Services, one of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University specialized institutes, in tandem with the National Centre for eLearning and Distance Education “NCEL” has launched lastly a workshop for the academic leaders of the university introducing the services and programs of online education.

The workshop, which has launched with an aim to take advantages of technologies within the academic environment, and to ease its tools in developing the university education, and to introduce types of online education to the in-charge officers of the colleges and the deanships,  has lasted for two full days. On the eve of the workshop, NCEL has honoured Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Khuraif, Dean of Prince Naif Institute for Researches and Consulting Services, for his initiative and sponsorship to the workshop and its events.

Praising the efforts of Prince Naif Institute for Researches and Consulting Services, Dr. Abdullah Al-Muqren, Dean of NCEL, has expressed about his wishes to contribute the deliverables of the workshop in serving the decision-makers of developing the academic environment.

In a similar vein, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Khuraif, Dean of Prince Naif Institute for Researches and Consulting Services, has stated that, the workshop has accomplished two key targets, i.e. introducing the academic leaders of the university with the types of the online education, and determine the training needs of all members of the colleges, all according to their academic speciality.
