Dr. Mahmoud Suliman Al Mahmoud has lifted recently his thanks and appreciation to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and H.R.H. Crown Prince Muhammad bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, and H.R.H. Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, for the royal trust to appoint him as a Vice-Rector of Higher Studies and Academic Research.
In a similar vein, Dr. Al-Mahmoud has expressed about his thanks and admiration to H.E. Dr. Ahmad Al-Essia, Saudi Minister of Education, and to H.E. Sheikh Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Member of Saudi Senior Ulemas Council, for their support and care to education, in general, and to the university, in particular.
In statements, Dr. Al-Mahmoud has prayed Allah Almighty to be up to the expectations, and to help him to bring success to the vision and mission of the university, and especially the Saudi Vision 2030.
It is worth to mention that, Dr. Al-Mahmoud is one of the most qualified persons inside the university. He earned his Master degree from Georgetown University, in Theoretical linguistics and philosophy of language, and his PhD degree from University of Michigan, in Theoretical and Political Linguistics. He, in addition, has occupied a number of the administrative positions inside the university and has worked as a part-time advisor at Saudi Minister of Defense Office, and a Translator of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
