 The First World Electronic Championship

Saudi Arabia ranked first among the Gulf, Asian, and even international teams, as it participated in many tournaments at the level of the Arab Gulf states and at the international level, and the Saudi players distinguished and achieved honorable goals for those tournaments.

This is what was achieved when the Saudi team for universities qualified for the final rounds in the first international electronic championship organized by the International Federation of University Sports (.FISU), The Saudi national team player, Abdulaziz Al-Wahhabi, qualified for the round of 16 after leading the group E.

The Saudi national team player, Najd Fahd, qualified for the round eight of Group B after winning four games.

The President of the Sports Federation of Saudi Universities, Dr. Khaled Al-Muzaini stated that this participation comes within the Union's development plan to increase the participation of the people of the homeland in international forums, both in quantity and quality, in order to achieve the goals and vision of the Kingdom 2030.​
