​In supporting to outspread the quality culture inside Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Deanship of Assessment and Quality, representing by its Office at King Abdullah City for Female Students "KACFS", has arranged and launched recently a training program entitled "Prepare Operational Plans" there. 

The training program, which was lectured by Mrs. Maha Al-Qarni, PhD Research Student in Administration and Pedagogical Planning, has focused on the planning types, its levels, and mechanism of preparing an operational plan, as well as how to craft the performance indicators. It mainly aimed to sharpen the skills and knowledge of the participants to prepare operational plans at the business units at the colleges and deanships of the university.

The training program was targeted administrative female employees at KACFS with an aim to outspread the quality culture and improving the administrative performance deliverables there. Q & A session was arranged during the program.
