​In coincidence with the continuous efforts to raise the awareness of the female students, the Office of Female Students' Affairs has launched recently an awareness session commemorating the International Childhood Cancer Day at King Abdullah City for Female Students "KACFS".

In significance with the event, which came in supporting the international health initiatives, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University seeks to the active participation of all female students to spread the health and cultural awareness about childhood cancer. The event helped female students to learn widely about the ways to diagnosis, symptoms and treatment methods, as well as the importance of early screening and parental awareness, a thing that contributes to raise the cure and healing rate, Allah Almighty Willing.

From other side, the event's agenda was included a presentation and circulating pamphlets, which were contained an updated information and data about childhood cancer.
