On the last days, a high-level delegation from College of Media and Mass Communications of Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University has paid an inspection visit to Deanship of Information Technology with a target to be enlighten about the technological and electronical services offering by the deanship. The visiting guests include Dr. Abdullah Al-Rifai, Dean of the College, and some faculty staff members from the college.
Upon arrival at the deanship venue, Dr. Waleed Abdulaziz Al-Jandal, Dean of Deanship of Information Technology, and Dr. Omar Al-Aqal, Vice-Dean for Technical Affairs, and some dignitaries of the deanship were welcomed the visiting guests.
In a meeting moderating by Dr. Al-Jandal, Dr. Al-Rifai, and all visiting guests, have kept abreast about the deanship' strategic objectives, as well as the ongoing projects and services providing. Dr. Al-Jandal has noted that, Al-Imam University has often pays due care to the modernized technology and its tools, that is why his administration is keens to elaborate IT in all the university's academic, scientific, and administrative areas.
In a similar vein, Dr. Al-Rifai has expressed about his happiness for the visit, and additionally he, along with all visiting members, has voiced his satisfactions about what he seen and noticed inside the deanship. He likewise has admired the institutional efforts and sustainable works carried out by the deanship, with a view to achieve greater excellence in the digitizing process.
At the end of the reception meeting, the visiting delegation of Media College has toured inside the deanship's main departments, including the Data Centre, Information Security and Training Centre.
