Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Anzi's journey into the world of management was not merely a technical one, but a gradual ascent to leadership. He believed that true success is built on patience and translated into tangible impact. Since graduating from King Saud Islamic University – College of Business with highest honors, he has come to understand that knowledge alone is not for the masses, but rather a vision and discipline aimed at making a difference.
Over the course of more than four years, he faced changing circumstances, heightened management challenges, a decline in motivation, organizational transformations, and intense pressure. He was unable to find quick fixes, but rather innovative ones. He believed that the true investment lies in human capital: a leader who listens before directing, builds before setting standards, and motivates before holding people accountable.
He distinguished himself with an exceptional ability to implement successful management strategies and translate visions into tangible results. He led diverse teams, forging them into a cohesive entity characterized by trust, clarity, and teamwork. Thanks to his skills in effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and building professional relationships, he was able to create productive and stable work environments that achieved the highest levels of performance.
Believing that modern leadership is inseparable from technology, he mastered its tools, from Microsoft Office and web technologies, and obtained the International Computer Driving License (ICDL), enabling him to confidently lead transformation and prepare organizations for new, more efficient and agile strategies.
This accumulation of experience and vision has led him to his current position as CEO of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Endowments, where he leads one of the most important endowment institutions with a spirit of responsibility and integrity, combining good governance, financial sustainability, and maximizing societal impact. The position was not an end in itself, but rather a natural progression for a leader who sees endowments as a mission and management as a tool to serve society and build the future.
Outside the halls of work, Abdulaziz finds in travel, sports, and reading spaces for reflection and intellectual renewal, ensuring his vision remains sharp and his capacity for innovation ever-present.
This is how the story of Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Anzi is told:
A leader who began with a dream, refined it with knowledge, solidified it with experience, and ultimately created an impact that transcends mere numbers… an enduring value.
